Leo Gonzalez, CPA, MAcc
Managing Partner
Leo Gonzalez is a seasoned finance and audit professional with deep expertise across public company financial audits, nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit plan audits. Prior to founding Integra CPAs + Advisors, he served as senior manager at a national CPA firm, where he led audit engagements for publicly traded financial institutions, conducted single audits and reviews for nonprofit clients, and managed audits of defined-contribution employee benefit plans.
In his most recent role as CFO of a charter-school, Leo honed his skills in fund-accounting, compliance with state and federal grant requirements, and presenting financial results to boards and stakeholders. This combination of public-company discipline, nonprofit sector experience, and employee benefit plan proficiency equips him to deliver audit, assurance, and advisory services uniquely tailored to the needs of mission driven organizations and owner led businesses.
Leo is also a board member at the SebastianStrong Foundation.

Sergio Luis-Fayat, CPA, MST
Founding Partner
Sergio Luis-Fayat brings a deep foundation in accounting, audit, and financial controls to the firm. He began his career in public accounting, progressing through audit engagements and ultimately leading teams in large-scale audit and assurance functions. From there he moved into senior financial leadership roles, overseeing accounting operations, internal controls, and financial reporting for complex organizations in regulated and high-growth environments.
In these roles, Sergio managed accounting teams, developed and refined control frameworks, and streamlined reporting processes for organizations facing significant regulatory demands and growth pressures. His technical expertise spans GAAP, audit methodologies, taxation, and internal control design — supported by a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a Florida International University.
