Who We Are
We are a team of two CPAs with a variety of experience and expertise.
Founded by Leo Gonzalez, with a simple mission. Help Mission-Driven Organizations and Owner-Led businesses access the same level of talent and expertise that larger companies utilize.
While in public accounting and subsequently in the private and non-profit space it became clear that there is a “talent gap” in the non-profit and small and medium size business (SMB) space. Budget constrains keep the organizations, often the ones that need the most help, from accessing talent and expertise.
Even after transitioning from private industry to working for a non-profit, my reach was limited to the one non-profit I was working for. I knew I could do more, and I knew I would need help, enter Sergio, my long time friend and former co-worker.
Together we have over 30 years of experience, including:

What We Do
We believe in transparency in all things, in particular when it comes to pricing. The prices shown below are median prices meant to give you a range of what you can expect to pay to work with us. However, all final pricing will be based on your specific needs and size of the organizaiton, to be determined after our discovery call.
Partner-led reviews and financial statement compilations for non-profits and owner-led businesses.
Median price for a review is $8,000
Median price for a compilation is $5,000.

Starting at $300 per hour.
Advisory + Consulting
Essential Accounting Package
Think of this as Bookkeeping+, yes we’ll keep your books in working order. Do your reconciliations. But we’ll also provide quarterly analysis and guidance to help you look ahead and answer questions through our client portal. Includes reports from QBO. Starting at $600 per month for 2 to 3 bank/credit card accounts and 200 to 300 transactions per month.
The Controller
For those that need more assistance with their day to day accounting, have more complex accounting issues and want guidance on a more regular basis. Includes a quarterly (can be monthly if needed) call to discuss the results, help coordinating the annual audit, and custom management reports (including 3 to 5 KPIs). Starting at $1,000 per month.
The CFO (limited number of spots at this level but you can always join the waitlist)
For growing entities that are looking to plan ahead, includes everything that The Controller does, but also includes budgeting and strategic guidance, forecasting, custom reports for the board with KPIs, assistance with board meeting readiness and talking points, monthly meetings with key management to discuss results. Starting at $2,000 per month.
Tax Compliance and Planning
We offer tax services for individuals located within Florida and for small business that are using our accounting services (sorry no C corporations). Personal returns median price is $500 and business returns is $1,800.
We don’t offer “Bookkeeping” services in the traditional sense of the word. We do this because we believe that if all you need is bookkeeping there are provides that can do that well at a cheaper price. Remember, when you work with us you are working directly with the partners.
